“I am writing on behalf of myself and my co-leader and colleague, Dr. Devon McNamara, to thank you and Custom Ireland for a very successful travel course in Ireland this May. We appreciate your efforts on our behalf in planning the eighteen-day trip and in assisting us with everything from altered schedules to somewhat spontaneous requests for blocks of tickets or a tour of the Dáil Éireann. It was a pleasure to work with you and to have frequent contact with you in person and by telephone and e-mail as the trip progressed. Additionally, your direct, friendly, and personal involvement was most welcome in making sure that accommodations, transportation, and activities were all as we hoped over the course of what was designed as a different type of travel experience for our students, mixing as it did the cultural and historical with outdoor activities and sightseeing. Custom Ireland also displayed a fine ability to respond to our daily routine of the tightly-scheduled and the spontaneous, especially when the latter sometimes required changes on the fly. Again, your accessibility, cooperation, and personal involvement proved very valuable in this regard, as did your attention to the details in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. As with previous trips, you have helped to make our stay in Ireland a positive and rewarding one.

Many thanks again for making this year’s travel course one of the best of the six that we have enjoyed in Ireland. We look forward to working with you and with Custom Ireland again in the future, most likely two years hence."
